RETURN POLICY

Products which are opened and used may not be returned.

All product returns must include a copy of this invoice to receive credit. All returns must be in resalable (CLEAN, UNUSED, UNOPENED) condition with unopened cellophane packaging.

Pack your returns in sturdy packaging with adequate cushioning, enclose a copy of the invoice and note your reason for return. Send returns to:

Customer must pay all return shipping charges. After we receive the materials, your account will be credited 90% of the reusable materials (10% restocking fee). Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. We only give credit for those materials that we receive.
