Adult Discipleship Series, New Testament: Parables of Jesus

"Why do teach in parables?" the disciples asked Jesus.  Great question!  Jesus taught simple truths of the Kingdom with stories from daily life.  Those with spiritual eyes and ears learned more about the King, as well as how to live in His Kingdom.  With open eyes, study the parables of Jesus as a group of adults in Sunday School or as a small group.

This teacher's manual is divided into 13 lessons, including all the Scripture text in the English Standard Version (ESV). The format is mainly lecture, but can include as much discussion as your context and time together allows. Each lesson is divided into three sections: Opening, Rewind, and Bible Investigation.
